- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This morning my mother recieved a call from the surgery asking for my fathers number, no hello and not even presenting themselves as the surgery. She had to ask who she was speaking to. As if she would just give my fathers number out to anyone over the phone without knowing who's on the other side requesting it. Very poor communication skills.
