  Definitely not a 5* luxury pet hotel. My dogs came back looking skinny, really dirty and extremely unhappy. There was never any update on how they were doing unless I called. I was told they'd upload pictures of them onto instagram this too never happened. Not worth the money definitely wont be using them again.

  I am an anxious canine mother so leaving my doggies in the care of an establishment is a major deal for me. The Elmtree Pet Hotel promises everything and delivers; trust, kindness, care, contact. The best safest haven for anybody who loves their pet companion. Mandy and Andy are simply fabulous as is Angie. I actually relaxed knowing Arlo and Pancake were in the safest hands. Thank you Team Elmtree. This serene animal sanctuary is by far the best in London. Heidi Moore

  Our German shepherd pup went here first in march 2017 for a groom, after which we left him in elmtrees care for 2weeks. Since then we've popped in and out for grooms - it's a great environment everyone is so friendly. Our pup is at a stage now where he gets happy to be here and see the staff compared to the first day where he had a nervous feel
