- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Receptionist staff are just plain RUDE! I could quite easily write about that fact that I can never get an appointment but it's not even about that cos it's a national problem. I will however complain about the rudeness of the reception desk staff. I work on front desk and would never speak to clientele the way they do! They seriously need a course in how to speak to people. If there are no appointments left is it so hard to say "I'm sorry the nurse is fully booked today...Is there anything else I could help you with... sorry again and please try again tomorrow" Instead I get " there's only one nurse and she's got nothing left.........." she hung up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is that polite??? You ladies get people's back up by your attitude! You made me want to argue with you! Thank goodness I have the patience of a saint!by Vic C28January 22, 2017
